The B.A.D

The tides of change continue to wash over me. It is exciting and sometimes terrifying.   The changes occurring are pushing me beyond my comfort zone in almost every area of my life.  It would seem that I have stepped into a vortex of accelerated growth. I am grateful, however. I feel a completely different person than I did a short month ago. The best part is that I continue to have fun. New digs and my B.A.D. I have officially moved into the Wellness Possibilities office and I have a B.A.D – that would be a Big Ass Desk!!!   :)  […] Read more...

Staying Close to the Simple Things

A  few days ago our yoga teacher repeatedly reminded us to stay close to the simple things in our practice. These things – breath, awareness, focus –  he said, were the foundation which would enable us to push through when the work we were doing  became challenging. Today was a day full of simple things.
