Birthday Yoga Challenge Day 26: Still here

I am happy to report that in spite of not checking since Day 14, I am still going strong in my challenge. Day 26 and 25 classes down. I missed one class, so I will be doing another double this weekend to make up for it. I am happy that my schedule has enabled me to miss only 1 class.  It has taken all kinds of organization and preparedness on my part. Birthday Yoga Challenge Day 14: Because I can

I wake up on this Saturday morning just in time to get ready for an 8am yoga class. I lie in bed for a few moments, limbs still tangled with sleep. Not fully awake I get ready. Brush my teeth.
