Birthday Yoga Challenge: Day 11 – Turbulence

When I was in high school, I rode in a teeny tiny passenger plane with my Uncle. I don’t remember where we were going or why – some political event I think – but I do remember that there was really bad turbulence and I experienced the most hellish air sickness. Birthday Yoga Challenge: Days 5-10

Classes completed as of Day 10: 10 Today I’ll be going into Day 11 of the Challenge, and it’s been an interesting ride so far. Let me summarize… Day 5: Pretty uneventful class. Felt strong and made it all the way through with no issues. Day 6: I missed class because I was running late and there was an accident on the highway. I missed it by just 6 minutes. AAAAAGHHHHH. Birthday Yoga Challenge: Day 4

Classes completed as of Day 4: 3 My state of mind in class on Day 4, can only be described as distracted. I rushed into class with my mind stuffed to overflowing with all the annoyances of the day, and it took me a long time to get rid of them. You know how it is… It was a busy day with too many things to do, and not enough time to do them all.
